The Lilibet Suite is part of our apartment Hotel complex Suites on King centrally located downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake and it is our largest Suite of the 3 with a private balcony.
Opening out onto a furnished balcony, this spacious, 800-square-foot suite consists of an open-plan seating, dining, full kitchen, dishwasher and stove. It features wood flooring throughout, a full bathroom with tub and a shower combo.
Inviting and elegant , the Lilibet Suite is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, flat-screen TV, full fridge, dishwasher and a gas fireplace. Complimentary bottled water and sweets are provided.
The Lilibet Suite is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, Lake Ontario and the Shaw Theatre.

Location
The Lilibet Suite is part of Suites on King and the entrance to the unit is through the back of the building.
Suites on King is located next to the Irish Harp. Entrance to unit is around the back of the building where the free parking lot is located. You enter the parking lot off of Johnson Street behind the Irish Harp. The gate opens automatically when you enter and you will be supplied a 4 digit pin to lift the gate to leave

Excellent!
Everything about our stay was great. The suite was modern, well-equiped and very clean. Sound-proofing was very good, we could not hear any outside noise. The location was close to the main NOTL theatres and restaurants. Orsi was a wonderfull host; we look forward to returning in the future.
This place is a dream!!
A dream that came true. Such a peaceful space and so beautifully designed, gorgeous skylights, amazing terrace to enjoy the afternoon sun and evening sunset. We watched the lighted horse carriage walk around the block and enjoyed every moment in this charming suite. We felt royal indeed in the suits on king. Luckily it is also in such an amazing location, that you can enjoy walking the beautiful pictures town streets, restaurants and shops as well as a short walk down to the lake to relax, and then walk back to the suit to get ready for another round of what ever you feel like doing. Thank you so so much for great endless memories ❤️❤️❤️

The suite was excellent - modern and very clean. Appliances and furniture looked almost brand new. Very quiet - no problems with outside noise. Parking was right next to the building. Location was great - close to NOTL's theaters and restaurants. We were only 5 minutes (or so) from the Festival Theatre. All in all, we were very pleased with the suite and look forward to returning in the future.

Really lovely, well-appointed suite in the heart of NOTL! Loved everything about it, but especially being able to walk to everything, and the beautiful terrace.
Wonderful stay & accommodations
My wife and I stayed in the Lilibet Suite in Niagara-On-The-Lake to celebrate our 18th Wedding Anniversary. We loved the location and ambiance of the suite. We highly recommend the Suites on King to anyone looking for the perfect get away!
Must Stay in NOTL!
Perfect Suite for NOTL stay! From design to comfort, this suite has it all! The spacious balcony is a highlight for the evenings after dining at your restaurant of choice. Included parking right outside your door step is also a bonus. We will definitely be back! Orsi was great and quick to response with our inquiry. 😊
Perfect location and well appointed unit.
Great unit with a huge porch overlooking NOTL downtown. Free parking, everything is walking distance. Well appointed kitchen with all the essentials plus more such as coffees and teas to choose from. Was nice they had a big bag of ice for us. I slept on the pull out couch and it was actually comfortable. Would be perfect for a family with small children. Lots of stairs to get to it, for anyone with mobility issues this maybe a problem. Really good value in NOTL. Easy walk to the lake.
Perfect location and beautiful place!
We came for a weekend getaway and couldn’t have asked for a more centralized and perfect location! You can find everything within walking distance and free off street parking was a plus! The space was clean and beautiful and met all of our needs! The back porch was perfect to sit out in and we will come back again next time!
Perfect Place to stay in Niagara
The location is perfect. The unit has a ton of charm & is very clean. Lots of great extras. Extremely helpful owner/management with great communication. Easy access. Great places to eat & watch live music very close by. We highly recommend Suites on King.

Exceptional Property in NOTL
This is a 10 all day long. Exceptionally: located; clean; safe; amenities. Absolutely everything you can think of is there. Also, something not mentioned anywhere is that it is 40 STEPS from door to the door of the Irish Harp Pub. This takes the rating to a 10.5
